Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days after your order is placed to process and pack your order. Once packed and processed, please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. Tracking info will be provided.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees (listed or not) are non-refundable. Should you refuse any shipments from theblessedherbalshop.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery Delays

Nationwide packages that are being returned to sender will be refunded unless in instances where the package arrives back to us in poor condition. Refund will be subject to restocking and any applicable freight fees. Customers must check that delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the courier to locate your lost package, once the tracking information states it has been delivered or is en route to the delivery address. If your package is damaged/lost/stolen, you must file a claim directly with UPS or USPS.
